            Responsibility for supervising the minor and ensuring their safety rests with the parent or guardian throughout the entire stay at the Center.<\/span><\/p>

            The parent undertakes to:<\/strong><\/p>

            • Follow the instructions of the professional staff<\/span><\/li>
            • Act in accordance with safety guidelines<\/span><\/li>
            • Prevent the child from engaging in behavior that could endanger them or others<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              The Center will not be liable for damage caused by failure to comply with staff instructions or improper use of facilities.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Responsibility for Staying in the Center Premises, Garden, and Pool<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                Staying in the Center premises, including waiting areas, garden, pool, and various facilities, is solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian.<\/span><\/p>

                It is clarified that:<\/strong><\/p>

                • A child must not be left without adult supervision at any time.<\/span><\/li>
                • Use of facilities shall be in accordance with staff instructions only.<\/span><\/li>
                • Entry to the pool area shall be made only with staff accompaniment and guidance.<\/span><\/li>
                • Independent or unsupervised use of facilities is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  The Center will not be liable for bodily injury or property damage caused by improper use of facilities, unsupervised play, or failure to adhere to safety rules.<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Safety and Treatment Discontinuation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    For the safety of children and staff, the Center reserves the right to immediately discontinue or postpone treatment in cases where:<\/span><\/p>

                    • The basic cooperation required for safe treatment is not maintained<\/span><\/li>
                    • The parent or accompanying person does not follow staff instructions<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
